Casey Boren just completed Ironman World Championship on October 10th in Kona, HI. Casey has embraced his disease, learning how to manage his symptoms, while undergoing rigorous training for upcoming competitions, and working a full-time job. As a result of his fierce determination to overcome any hurdles, Casey has completed 14 Ironmans, was part of the inaugural Run Across America in 2011, represented Team USA at the 2014 Long Course Triathlon World Championships, and is a sub 3hr. Marathoner.
Eric Tozer is a Diabetes Ambassador, who was Captain of his NCAA soccer team, was part of the inaugural Run Across America, and has completed numerous Ironman Triathlons and Marathons. He is a senior sales executive for a big-data healthcare company, and lives with his family in California.
